DEN
Den Vital, an internationally recognized Calisthenics judge and former elite gymnast, is a pioneering force in Germany's Calisthenics scene. As the founder of Barliner Workout, he has been instrumental in advancing bodyweight training in Berlin since 2013. He opened the city's first professional Calisthenics facility at the Poststadion in 2015 and launched the global Cali Games. Despite these achievements, Den remains committed to his role as a trainer, focused on helping others reach their full potential through Calisthenics.
SOPHIE
I am Sophie, started Calisthenics in 2014. Since the beginning of 2023 I am part of the Barliner Community as an athlete and as a coach. I love to share the love to Calisthenics to others, especially women and the queer community.
MAXIM
I'm Maxim, a 21-year-old medical student from Berlin with a passion for calisthenics, sports, and fitness. I've been practicing calisthenics since 2016, focusing primarily on endurance and conditioning – all about the basics and pushing for high rep counts.
BETH
I’m Beth. I started training Calisthenics in London in 2019, and my favourite Calisthenics training to do is street lifting- weighted Calisthenics. I am passionate about creating safe and welcoming spaces for everyone to explore what their body is capable of, and to find joy and empowerment in movement.
KARL
I'm Karl, and training has been a core part of my life for 12 years. I'm passionate about helping people progress and grow through challenges.
LORI
I'm Lori, and I began my journey in fitness and bodyweight training 12 years ago. Since 2020, calisthenics has become a major passion of mine. I love supporting people in reaching their fitness goals.
TORE
I'm Tore, a dedicated fitness trainer since 2022, inspired by a transformative journey starting in 2019. I specialize in calisthenics with the Barliner team, focusing on helping others overcome challenges and achieve their fitness goals. I combine effective training methods with a positive mindset to support each individual's path to strength and well-being.
Ajithran
I'm Ajithran, and I've been practicing calisthenics for nearly three years, starting with Barliner Workout. I specialize in calisthenics and handstands and am passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals.
Kayodê
I'm Kayodê Silva, a calisthenics athlete with 14 years of experience and a professional coach for 10 years. I co-founded The Alcateia Team, one of Brazil's top calisthenics groups, starting the movement in my city. I love sharing my passion for calisthenics, offering strong, fun training sessions with vibrant Brazilian music. Let's train together—I'd love to meet you! :)
Omar
I'm Omar, a dedicated calisthenics athlete with eight years of experience. I help athletes reach peak performance through a balanced regimen of reps, sets, and weighted calisthenics, focusing on strength, endurance, and control.
Adrian
I'm Adrian, a passionate calisthenics enthusiast who loves handstands, flexibility, and partner movement. I focus on enhancing strength, balance, and coordination through bodyweight exercises. I enjoy inspiring others on their fitness journeys and helping them reach their full potential.
Yazan
I'm Yazan El Ahmad. Calisthenics is my passion. I started two years ago in Lebanon for a short period, then moved to Berlin and resumed training with the Barliner team last March. I'm currently studying at the WSWCF Calisthenics Academy.
