Den Vital, an internationally recognized Calisthenics judge and former elite gymnast, is a pioneering force in Germany's Calisthenics scene. As the founder of Barliner Workout, he has been instrumental in advancing bodyweight training in Berlin since 2013. He opened the city's first professional Calisthenics facility at the Poststadion in 2015 and launched the global Cali Games. Despite these achievements, Den remains committed to his role as a trainer, focused on helping others reach their full potential through Calisthenics.
